Do you have any bad habits, that you know hurt you and still you can't quit?

I used to smoke... quitting was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Now I'm stuck in the never-ending spiral of gaining and losing weight, depending on my stress levels.

I also bite my nails, I don't even notice until it's all broken and I'm bleeding.

I painted this to remind me of the harm that I do to myself when I let the emotions take control over my reason.

I hope you feel the pain of hurting yourself when seeing this painting and refrain from doing it in real life.
